Ice sledding, that is. You know you live in a great neighborhood when your adult neighbor knocks on your door at 8:30 in the morning with a rusty sled. So the husband and I bundled up and headed outside for some wintertime fun 🙂 Now I’m ready for Spring!
This looks like a bad idea…
Okay, so we didn’t get THAT much snow, but I thought this would be a great time for Bela to ‘make up’ with snow. Last year when we lived in Gastonia we got 8 inches, and Bela refused to go to the bathroom in it. Poor thing held it for 3 days. Today was a totally different story. Maybe it’s because she could still see some grass, but either way she had a good time 🙂
Have a great day!
Today I got to experience a true Italian birthday. My friend Sonja’s grandfather turned 91, and I got to document the occasion. This family is full of life…from the youngest to the oldest. It truly was an honor being there. I had a blast!
Happy Birthday Poppie!
Tonight the hubby went out with the boys so that meant girls night at my coworker, Kathy’s house. Gretchen and her adorable daughter, Peyton joined in. You might recognize these two from a previous photoshoot in December. The night turned in to a Peyton shoot…she really is a little model.
Rare photo of me…taken by Peyton
Also by Peyton.
What happens when you try and play Taboo with a 4 year old in the room? LOTS OF BUZZING!
The next series is Peyton jumping from the ottoman to the couch…trying to high five her mom in mid air. Random? Yes. Entertaining? Absolutely.
I’ve been itching to take pictures of my neighbor, Taylor, for awhile now. This girl always looks cute…seriously. So I got her out of bed for an early morning shoot in the rain.
I’ve discovered TEXTURES!!!!
